Before discussing the difference between AC and DC currents, we should remember a little understanding of electric current. Electric current is the electric charge that flows through the conductor at each unit of time. In the electric charge there are atoms of electrons and protons. Electrons have a negative charge in charge of carrying the electric charge to move to another place. Why electrons? because electrons can move freely from one atom to another in the conductor. There are 2 types of electric currents, namely AC current or alternating current, and DC direct current. The following is the difference between AC and DC currents.
